  • We can create most designs into wall seals from customer supplied art work.
  • Art work needs to be vector based art and colors identified with Pantone colors, so that we can have clearly defined lines for detail and color placement.
  • Seals are custom crafted and detailed in butyrate plastic, foam filled with poster board back and saw tooth hanger, painted and custom detailed.
  • Due to the size of our plant's vacuum forming equipment, now the maximum butyrate seal size is approximately 19" for the longest measurement.
  • Price quotes for quantities 25+ are available upon request.
  • The shape of the seal can be an irregular shape.

  • We have found that the artwork has become increasingly more complex with gradient colors and difficult reproducing seal with the raised areas and colors hand painted. Now we can use 4-color digital printed areas to give better artist´s representations.
  • We can create most designs into wall seals from customer supplied art work.
  • Art work needs to be 300 dpi / 4-color art in size of part to be made with digitally printing process.
  • Price quotes are available upon request.

Butyrate Delivery Schedules & Information

  • Shipping and handling charges are included for deliveries inside Continental USA. Shipments outside the Continental USA will be charged to order.
  • Normal delivery schedule will be approximately 12 to 16 weeks after receipt of an order.
  • An expedited delivery schedule is available for an additional fee.
  • Additional production time is required when new molds are created.
  • Shipments outside the Continental USA will have the shipping and handling charges added to the order.

  • The resin seal is a cast seal that is hand finished.
  • It can be made in much larger sizes, 15" up to 48".
  • Our seals are custom crafted and detailed in cast resin with screw assembly for mounting. Due to the nature of casting there might be some pitting in the finished seal.
  • We have a butyrate back for 9", 15", & 24" size with full lucite color insert.
  • Resin seals can be used outside.
  • Pricing is by special quote only.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not included in pricing due to the weight of each seal.
  • We design & fabricate Fully Custom Carved, Engraved & Sandblasted Wood, HDU and Metal-Coated 3-D (sculptured bas-relief) & 2.5-D signs & plaques for commercial, residential, government, and military.
  • These are made for exterior & interior locations, and last 10 to 30 yrs with little maintenance, with a 2 yr warranty.
  • We make sizes from 6 inches to 20 feet wide, and you can order from 1 sign to 1000 signs.
  • We will create a new original design for you at no cost; or we can duplicate another sign or make an existing design.
  • We use only the very best premium materials, and fabricate them using the finest craftsmanship.
  • We make all our products in the United States of American from American Materials, and deliver anywhere in the USA, Canada, and many overseas locations.

  • We have good turn-around times from the time we receive a firm order on a custom sign or plaque, until we ship.
  • Our shipping schedule is 6 to 7 weeks.
  • Duplicates or standard designs usually take 4 weeks.
  • We also take rush orders, with a minimum time of 3 weeks for simple, small signs.

  • For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, checks or money orders.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all new seal orders.
  • Shipping and handling charges are quoted under each seal type.

  • The castings are available in aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, satin less and zinc metals.
  • The background finishes are black, brown, dark oxide, dur bronze, gloss, leathered, matte, sand, semi-gloss and stipple. Patina in green, turquoise and verde.
  • The castings are available with brushed, polished and satin detail.
  • Sizes, 2" up to 40".
  • 2D and 3D images available. Some 3D images may not work because of thickness of design.
  • Pricing is by special quote only.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not included in pricing due to the weight and packaging for each shipment.
  • Normal delivery schedules are 2 to 4 weeks after approval of production art work.
